Power to Care™: Lead Well Under Pressure (Session 1)
At this year’s Rose Retreat, leadership facilitator Erin Leonty made a generous pledge: every seat our community buys for her next two Power to Care™ sessions goes directly to the Rose Campaign, supporting women and children leaving domestic violence and rebuilding their lives.
It’s a chance to invest in your own leadership and in the women and families the Rose Campaign serves, with the same seat.
A live, virtual 90-minute facilitated leadership experience on Zoom, Power to Care™ is for leaders carrying real weight: pressure, complexity, hard conversations and the people depending on them. You’ll leave with practical language for what you’re holding and a clearer way to lead yourself and others when it matters most.
Choose from two session dates:
- Thursday, October 29, 2026 – 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. MT
- Thursday, November 26, 2026 – 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. MT
$249 CAD + GST per seat. 100% of the seat price goes to the Rose Campaign.
Registration is a purchase of a leadership session from Leonty Consulting Inc. and is not eligible for a charitable tax receipt. Leonty Consulting Inc. will donate 100% of the seat price (before GST) from registrations made through this link for the October 29 and November 26 sessions to the YWCA Edmonton Rose Campaign.
