DESCRIPTION:At this year’s Rose Retreat\, leadership facilitator Erin Leonty made a generous pledge: every seat our community buys for her next two Power to Care™ sessions goes directly to the Rose Campaign\, supporting women and children leaving domestic violence and rebuilding their lives. \nIt’s a chance to invest in your own leadership and in the women and families the Rose Campaign serves\, with the same seat. \nA live\, virtual 90-minute facilitated leadership experience on Zoom\, Power to Care™ is for leaders carrying real weight: pressure\, complexity\, hard conversations and the people depending on them. You’ll leave with practical language for what you’re holding and a clearer way to lead yourself and others when it matters most. \nChoose from two session dates: \n\nThursday\, October 29\, 2026 – 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. MT\nThursday\, November 26\, 2026 – 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. MT\n\n$249 CAD + GST per seat. 100% of the seat price goes to the Rose Campaign. \nReserve Your Seat \n  \nRegistration is a purchase of a leadership session from Leonty Consulting Inc. and is not eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
